Pamela Richarde, MA, Master Certified Coach

As a Master Certified Coach, the last 18 years have found Pamela dedicating her energies to coaching and facilitating the training of coaching skills. She is a pioneer in the field and assisted in shaping what we know coaching to be today. As a passionate advocate of coaching excellence, she has contributed to developing the standards, ethics, competencies and certification process for the Coaching Profession.

A seasoned facilitator, speaker and trainer, Pamela has led hundreds of courses in both virtual and live settings, working with individuals in a variety of cultures, regions and business contexts. She also significantly contributed to the design, standards and systems development for coach training in a multi-cultural, virtual training environment that spanned the globe.

An experienced Executive Coach, with C-level clients in both private and public sector business, some of her clients have also included artists, educators, entrepreneurs and small business owners; as eclectic a mix as her various studies.

Pamela is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations; California State University, Fullerton with a Masters Degree in Acting and a Certified Graduate of Coach U, Inc. She is also recognized as a Master Certified Coach, as well as a Professional Mentor Coach.
